Maize and yearling Cherry are thriving in Hoof Beats volunteer’s pasture. They are ready to be adopted and of course would love to stay together. It’s not a deal breaker they are just such good buddies now.
Cherry enjoys being handled and going for walks. Maize is a pocket pony and would be a perfect pasture companion for any age horse. Here is a recent photo of them.

Winnie was rescued from a feed lot in Fallon Nevada. We are unsure when she was bred. Our vet’s best guess is that she will deliver around June 15th. We have started a pool that is designed in four hour blocks for thirty-two days. Each block is a $25 donation. Whoever guesses closest to the foals birthday and time, wins!
Horse N Around Trail Rides is donating all of the trail rides! 707-228-7379
1st prize: A private beach for two and gourmet picnic lunch a $350 value.
2nd prize: A private one hour ride for two in the hills of Bodega, a $130 value.
3rd prize: A private half hour trail ride for two in the Bodega hills, an $80 value.
Blocks will be numbered 1-192. Block number one will run from May 25th from 12:01 am – 4:00 am, block number two from 4:01am-8:00am and so on. In the event you select a block that has already been chosen, you will be given the next closest available block. If Winnie’s foal is delivered before or after the designated time blocks allow or on an unchosen block, the person closest to the delivery time will win. Block selections close on May 20th at 11:59pm.
To participate click on this link and fill out the donation form. In the “type of donation area”, write your block selection of 1-192. We will send you an email confirmation. You can also send us an email with your choice and mail a check to Hoof beats of America, P.O. Box 374, Petaluma, Ca 94953.
